目的總結采用改良 Z 形切口法矯正內眥贅皮的療效。方法2013 年 9 月—2015 年 3 月，采用改良 Z 形切口法對 93 例內眥贅皮患者行內眥贅皮矯正術。女 80 例，男 13 例；年齡 16～40 歲，平均 30 歲。輕度內眥贅皮 35 例，中度 54 例，重度 4 例。64 例伴單瞼，29 例伴不明顯重瞼。85 例同期行重瞼術，8 例不明顯重瞼者單純行內眥贅皮矯正術。結果術后患者切口均 Ⅰ 期愈合。患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 6～12 個月，平均 9 個月。患者上瞼無明顯瘢痕；內眥部外觀平整，淚阜顯露適中，瞼裂變長；內眥角與重瞼線銜接流暢。患者均對效果滿意。結論改良 Z 形切口法矯正內眥贅皮設計簡單、操作方便，切口隱蔽、瘢痕不明顯、內眥形態自然，能達到功能與形態完美結合的目的。
