目的總結 2 例采用構建肌肉組織床行自體腓腸神經移植修復股神經長段缺損的經驗。方法 2015 年 3 月及 2017 年 10 月共收治 2 例醫源性股神經缺損男性患者，年齡分別為 48 歲及 52 歲。股神經缺損長度分別為 11、12 cm，股四頭肌肌力均為 M0 級。分別于前次術后 1、2 個月行腓腸神經移植術，術中于髂肌、腰大肌肌間隙制備通道作為移植神經組織床。術后常規康復鍛煉。結果術后 2 例患者分別獲隨訪 34、26 個月，股四頭肌肌力均恢復至 M4⁺級，步態恢復正常。結論將移植神經植入肌肉組織床可以獲得較好營養供給，有利于移植神經再生，取得良好療效。
