摘要:目的:觀察兩種不同牙合墊設計在夜磨牙治療中的臨床效果。方法: 選擇經確診并志愿接受治療觀察的夜磨牙患者188例,隨機分成兩組,分別制作戴用傳統軟樹脂全牙列牙合墊和切牙牙合墊,觀察對比臨床療效。結果: 經χ2檢驗,戴用傳統軟樹脂全牙列牙合墊組與切牙牙合墊組其顯效率和總有效率均存在顯著性差異(P lt;0.01)。結論: 夜磨牙的治療中,切牙牙合墊在減輕牙齒磨損和頜面部疼痛、改善夜磨牙本人及同臥室人的睡眠質量方面優于傳統軟樹脂全牙列牙合墊。
Abstract: Objective: To observe effect of different occlusal pad on treating bruxism. Methods: One hundred and eighty-eight bruxism patients were randomly devide into two groups. They were weared traditional soft resinous total dentition or incisor occlusal pad. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results: There was significant difference between the effective rates of two groups (P lt;0.01) . Conclusion: Incisor occlusal pad is better than traditional soft resinous occlusal pad on easing teeth abrading and maxillofacial pain. And it can improve sleep quality of the bruxism patients and others mem in the same bedroom.
