脂肪栓塞綜合征大多發生于機體外傷。近年來由外科轉入呼吸內科監護病房（RICU）的脂肪栓塞患者逐漸增多。我們收治了一例脂肪栓塞病人，現結合文獻復習進行討論，以提高呼吸內科醫生對此病的認識。
