目的觀察無創機械通氣治療甲型H1N1 流感危重癥及重癥的療效與特點。方法對8 例確診甲型H1N1 流感的危重癥及重癥病例進行了無創通氣治療動態觀察。結果應用無創機械通氣治療甲型H1N1 流感危重癥及重癥, 能夠迅速有效改善患者呼吸癥狀和低氧血癥。結論無創機械通氣是高原地區搶救甲型H1N1 流感危重癥及重癥的一種行之有效和必要的方法。
