（正文）膝關節是人體最大的關節，其結構復雜、功能重要。膝關節功能重建是當前骨科領域的熱點和重點之一，關節鏡技術、人工關節置換和骨折復位固定技術是膝關節功能重建主要手段，通過修復或重建膝關節解剖結構重建膝關節的穩定性和恢復運動功能。近年來，隨著微創理念不斷深入，材料和設計不斷改進，計算機導航技術和組織工程技術不斷發展，膝關節功能重建也取得了很大進展。
