報道火車傷中髖部輾壓離斷創面修復68例的診治經驗。根據損傷創面不同類型，采用帶蒂皮瓣或肌皮瓣修復30例，自體游離植皮33例，自體、異體聯合植皮5例。創面Ⅰ期愈合42例，感染16例，死亡10例。認為凡皮下組織破壞的皮膚和間隙縱形分離的肌肉均應徹底清創切除，轉移的皮瓣或肌皮瓣應注意潛在的血管挫傷。
