報道２０例四肢復雜軟組織創傷缺損，采用吻合血管的腹壁下動脈皮瓣修復，全部獲得成功。隨訪１８例，功能及外形良好。有２例供區出現切口疝，經修補治愈。用于修復足底的病例，皮瓣耐磨性較差。
