報道７６例，８４個肢體，采用單側多功能外固定器修復骨折后骨支架。術后隨訪２～１２個月，平均骨愈合時間兒童為６周，成人股骨為４個月，脛骨為４．５個月。全部病例無針眼感染，無畸形愈合等并發癥。介紹了手術操作要點，討論了這種方法的優點等。
