報道46例手指中、末節損傷所致皮膚、指甲缺損，采用吻合血管的趾部皮瓣、皮甲瓣移植修復，全部成活。經4個月～36個月隨訪，外形及功能均滿意。介紹了手術方法，供區選擇原則。討論了手術的優點及應注意的問題。
