報道應用階梯形推進皮瓣修復指端缺損11例,結果滿意。與傳統的V-Y推進皮瓣相比,具有以下優點:①皮瓣含有軸型血管,血供豐富。②可形成島狀,組織牽扯少,推進幅度大。③術后感覺恢復好。④皮瓣邊緣設計成階梯形,既增加了推進距離,又減少術后直線瘢痕攣縮。
