目的　探討超聲引導麥默通（Mammotome）微創旋切系統對乳腺多發腫塊進行微創切除的應用價值。
方法　對56例乳腺多發腫塊患者在超聲引導下行麥默通微創旋切術的臨床資料進行回顧性分析，評價麥默通微創旋切術在乳腺多發腫塊切除中的應用價值。
結果　256個乳腺腫塊經術后病理學診斷均為良性，其中纖維腺瘤或乳腺腺病伴腺瘤形成224個，乳腺腺病16個，乳腺囊腫13個，導管內乳頭狀瘤3個。本組并發癥主要為術中出血2例及術后血腫3例，發生率為8.9% （5/56）。56例患者均獲臨床和超聲隨訪3～32個月，平均11個月，所有患者均無異常，乳房外觀美容效果滿意，未見復發及惡性病變發生。
結論　麥默通微創旋切術切除乳腺多發病灶效果好，微創優勢明顯，操作簡單、安全，值得推廣。
