        • Histology of the Zymbal’s Gland in Different Aged SD Rats on Safety Evaluation of Preclinical Drugs

          目的:探討大鼠外耳道腺的正常組織結構及年齡組間,雌雄動物間有無差異,以期為藥物評價過程中藥物對耳腺影響的評價提供客觀的依據。方法:將20只同齡SD大鼠隨即分為A和B兩組,每組均雌雄各半,分別與12周和17周齡處死,取外耳道腺進行病理學分析。觀察外耳道腺在不同年齡組間、雌雄組間有無區別。結果:A組動物雌雄組間外耳道腺的組織結構無明顯差異。B組動物雌雄動物間外耳道腺的組織結構無明顯差異。A組雌性動物與B組雌性動物間外耳道腺的組織結構無明顯差異。A組雄性動物與B組雄性動物間外耳道腺的組織結構無明顯差異。結論:SD大鼠外耳道腺的組織結構在雌雄動物間及年齡在12周及17周間無明顯差異,因此在進行藥物對耳腺的影響的評價過程中12周齡和17周齡的受試大鼠所得到的結果應具備可比性。
