【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anxiety status and related factors of H1N1 patients at influenza peak of fever clinics, and to take specific measures to reduce anxiety in patients. Methods The general information and Zung′s self rating anxiety scale (SAS) were taken to analyze 219 patients from early November to early December 2009. Results The average SAS score of the 219 patients was 33.70±8.60, in which there were 17 patients (7.76%) with total scores ≥ 50 and anxiety. Multiple regression analysis showed that the age and temperature were related factors among age, gender, urban-rural differences, and fever. Conclusion The survey suggests that the pafients at the H1N1 influenza peak of fever clinics are significantly more anxious than normal anxiety. Out-patient work should strengthen psychological care to reduce and try to eliminate the anxiety of patients, in order to avoid adverse impact which is not conducive to control influenza outbreaks.
The incidence of prostate cancer ranks the second in malignant tumors among elderly males. Multi-parametric MRI (Mp-MRI) is an important mean for detection, staging, and grading of prostate cancer. In order to standardize the collection, interpretation, and reporting of prostate MRI data, the European Urogenital Radiology Society launched the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (PI-RADS) in 2012. Due to some limitations in the application process, the Joint Committee of the American Society of Radiology and the European Society of Radiology issued an updated version of PI-PADS V2 in 2014. In recent years, some studies have been carried out on the effectiveness, accuracy, and consistency of the diagnosis of prostate cancer. This article will review the application and research status of PI-RADS V2 system in the diagnosis of Mp-MRI for prostate cancer.
Objective
To investigate the application of the dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI ) combined with magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
Method
A total of 60 patients with prostate cancer and 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia diagnoses in Sichuan Cancer Hospital from January 2011 to January 2014 were included as prostate cancer group and proliferative group respectively. Sixty healthy individuals during the same period were included as the control group. We used Siemens Avanto 1.5 T high field superconducting MRI for DCE-MRI scan and MRS scan. After the MRS scan was finished, we used the workstation spectroscopy tab spectral analysis. Eventually we got the crest lines of prostate metabolites choline (Cho), creatine (Cr) and citrate (Cit). Then we calculated Cho/Cit, (Cho+Cr)/Cit and their average.
Results
Comparing the signal value in 21 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes of DCE-MRI, the differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparing the results of spectral analysis, the differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The sensitivity was 89.67%, the specificity was 95.45% and the accuracy was 94.34% when using DCE-MRI combined with MRS.
Conclusion
DCE-MRI combined with MRS greatly improves the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the diagnosis of prostate cancer; it has a great application value in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
ObjectiveTo explore the value of gadobutrol enhanced magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in abdominal artery angiography.MethodsThe patients were prospectively included for gadobutrol enhanced MRA examination from December 2014 to December 2015. The image quality was assessed by two radiologists. The subjective score and signal intensity were measured for the large and medium arteries, and the subjective score for the small artery was recorded. The Kappa consistency analysis was used to assess the two radiologists’ subjective score.ResultsAll 112 patients were enrolled in this study, 96 of whom were included for the physical examination, 16 of whom were included for the liver tumors. No adverse reactions were found in these patients. The MRA images of 2 patients were affected by the severe respiratory artifact. The MRA images of the other 110 cases were clear and could well show the origins, shapes of large and medium arteries and small arteries. The subjective scores were 21.22±1.93 and 6.24±1.33 of the large and medium arteries and small arteries, respectively. The values of signal noise ratio and contrast signal noise ratio of the large and medium arteries were 1 093.27±331.71 and 897.27±333.29, respectively. The Kappa values of the two radiologists’ subjective score were 0.782 and 0.772 for the large and medium arteries and small arteries, respectively.ConclusionsGadobutrol enhanced MRA can clearly display large and medium arteries, and can also display some small arteries. It has a good application value in abdominal artery angiography.
