【摘要】護理是一門科學性極強的應用性學科,在臨床實習期運用好的帶教方法為護理本科生實施帶教,以幫助其更快、更好地完成從單純接受知識到運用知識解決實際問題的轉變。文章總結了近年來在護理本科生臨床實習過程中所采用的創新帶教方法,并對其科學依據和特點進行分析,為本科護理實習臨床帶教提供理論參考。【Abstract】 Nursing is a discipline of scientific application. In the clinical intern period, with better teaching methods, nursing students can faster and better complete the transformation from simple knowledge acceptance to use of knowledge to solve practical problems. We summarized some innovative teaching methods in the clinical intern period of the nursing undergraduate students in recent years, and analyzed the scientific base and advantages of each method, to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical teaching of undergraduate nursing practice.
Objective To assess the effectiveness of evidence-based medicine for improving core competencies of undergraduate medical students. Methods MEDLINE, ERIC, Academic Source Premier, Campbell Library databases and three Chinese Databases (CBM, CNKI, VIP) were searched from January 1992 to May 2009.We also used Google to searching related literature. The design is a systematic review of randomized, non-randomized, and before-after studies. Two reviewers did study selection, quality assessment, and data abstraction independently. Different opinions were resolved by consensus. We used an adaptation of the quality measure from Gemma Flores-Mateo et al to assess the quality of selected studies. And descriptive analysis was conducted. Results A total of 17 studies met the selection criteria, 2 of them were of high quality, the others were of moderate quality. Studies involved Competencies of Scientific Foundation of Medicine, Clinical Skills, and Management of Information. Conclusion Competencies of Scientific Foundation of Medicine, Clinical Skills, and Management of Information are improved by evidence-based medicine teaching. No study on professional values, attitudes, behavior and ethics, population health and health systems, management of information, critical thinking and research is available. It is impossible to assess the four domains above.
【摘要】 目的 分析評估四年制醫技專業醫院感染控制與職業防護考試試卷的質量。 方法 應用相關試卷分析軟件,對64名醫技專業學生——醫院感染控制與職業防護期末考試試卷進行統計分析。 結果 64名學生中,最高分為86.00,最低分為49.50,平均分為67.70,及格率為82.80%;全部學生考試成績為49.50~86.00(67.69±8.74)分,基本在正常范圍;全套試卷全客觀題難度為0.69,區分度為0.15;非全客觀題難度為0.68,區分度為0.22,信度為0.72。學生考試失分情況為:單項選擇題19.90%、是非判析題22.90%、名詞解釋29.70%、簡答題50.00%。 結論 此套試卷質量符合教學大綱要求;客觀題比例較大,難度較高;區分度尚可,信度可靠。客觀地評價了學生對此課程的掌握程度,但學生分析歸納能力需要加強。【Abstract】 Objective To examine and evaluate the final test paper of nosocomial infection control and prevention of occupational exposure for four-year medical technology undergraduate students. Methods We used paper analysis software to perform statistical analysis for the results of the final test paper of nosocomial infection control and prevention of occupational exposure for 64 students of medical technology. Results Of the 64 students, the highest score was 86.00, the lowest score was 49.50, and the average score was 67.70 with a passing rate of 82.80%. The test scores were between 49.50 to 86.00 (67.69±8.74), presenting a normal distribution. The difficulty degree of items with all objective questions was 0.69 with a discrimination of 0.15; and the difficulty degree of other items was 0.68 with a discrimination of 0.22 and a reliability of 0.72. The rates of point loss in the examination were 19.90% for single choice questions, 22.90% for true or false analysis, 29.70% for glossary, and 50.00% for questions demanding for brief answers. Conclusion Overall, this set of papers is consistent with national teaching guideline with a large proportion of relatively difficult objective questions. The discrimination and reliability are acceptable in evaluating students’ ability objectively. However, students’ capacity of analyzing and summarizing still needs to be strengthened in the future.
ObjectiveTo explore if flipped classroom in the perspective of student-based education can improve clinical communication skills of student practical nurses in clinical practice.
MethodsNursing undergraduate students who practised in a top-level comprehensive hospital between July 2014 and April 2015 were included in this study as the research subjects. Eighty-five student nurses were randomly divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=42). Students of the observation group participated in the flipped classroom in the perspective of student-based education, while students of the control group took routine clinical practice. The clinical communication skills of the students in the two groups before and after intervention were measured by using questionnaire survey.
ResultsThere were significant improvement in verification experience, effective information delivery, patient problems identifying, listening acuity, harmonious relationship building and joint participation for students in the observation group (P < 0.05).
ConclusionsFlipped classroom in the perspective of student-based education can effectively improve clinical communication skills for student practical nurses. It can be used as a method of communication ability training for undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice.
Objective To find the best teaching method of summer EBM course to help students understand and apply EBM principles in research. Methods Training medical students to participate in an international team of clinical research for best evidence. We used a step-by-step method to teach how to write Cochrane systematic review and apply its method to other researches. Results Since our training program was launched three years ago, 38 medical students have taken part in the training. Five Cochrane systematic reviews and 19 protocols were published in The Cochrane L ibrary. Three medical students were the principal investigators and played an important role in another 2 studies. Seven articles were published in Chinese medical key journals, and 1 was indexed by SCI. Eleven students were funded to participate in the international academic conferences.Conclusions Medical students will benefit from taking part in the EBM research. This activity will help them not only understand method of clinical research and EBM , improve the quality of research and their cooperative skills but also master related clinical knowledge.
