目的總結采用一個切口兩個入路的方法治療肘關節三聯征的臨床效果。方法2011 年 1 月—2016 年 1 月，收治肘關節三聯征患者 13 例。男 10 例，女 3 例；年齡 21～55 歲，平均 35 歲。致傷原因：摔傷 8 例，高處墜落傷 5 例；均為閉合性骨折。橈骨頭骨折按 Mason 分型，Ⅱ型 7 例，Ⅲ型 6 例；尺骨冠狀突骨折按 O’Driscoll 分型，均為尖部骨折，第一亞型 2 例，第二亞型 11 例。傷后至手術時間 7～21 d，平均 12 d。采用肘部前外側切口，將皮瓣分別向前、后掀起，經前路和外側入路分別修復冠狀突、橈骨頭和外側副韌帶。結果患者手術傷口均Ⅰ期愈合。13 例患者均獲隨訪，隨訪時間 6～12 個月，平均 9 個月。無橈神經損傷、感染、遲發性尺神經炎、復發性不穩定、疼痛及內固定物松動等并發癥發生，切口無瘢痕攣縮。X 線片示骨折均愈合，愈合時間 3～8 個月，平均 5.6 個月。肘關節穩定性良好，無復發性脫位；4 例患者 X 線片示有輕度異位骨化征象，但不影響肘關節功能。末次隨訪時根據 Mayo 肘關節功能評分標準進行評價，獲優 8 例，良 2 例，可 3 例，優良率 76.9%。結論采用一個切口兩個入路方法治療肘關節三聯征，骨折固定牢固可靠，患者早期即能進行功能鍛煉，肘關節穩定性良好，是一種有效可行的治療方式。
